its been 5 years i am with synopsys, My first company for such a long time , may be because i see stability here .. flexibility & to take care of other aspects of my life in the phase I am in today

troy walk after getting down from metro, where inside tech park less or no dust or garbage. it totally feels good to coming to work because of safe & green workplace

Troy building gives more corporate vibes & sitting arrangements where we get to see all the team members which makes it easier to reach out to them for technical discussions on the assignments

my present team is a mix of different backgrounds from different companies which bring an enriching experience working with them, feels exciting working with diverse, vibrant , enthusiastic team where technical inputs from each member is being valued .. quite professional outlook
