We all work towards the same goal. We do it without trying to make each other miserable
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very friendly people that you can trust and talk to about anything if you need to.
What makes you most happy at work?
Music and laughing and joking with those around me. It makes it all worth going in even when the job is stressful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees and managers. Even if we get customers who are not the greatest to deal with, there will always be an employee or a manager to make the mood positive again.
