It was very conversational and focused on whether or not I would be a good fit with the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really cares about the employees as well as the customers. They are willing to work with anybody to accommodate school schedules, other jobs, children, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I can rely on the kitchen to get the food out in a timely manor so i can flip tables quickly and ensure all of my customers are happy and taken care of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always having friendly competitions that motivate us to be better workers and we encourage others when they do a good job at something and help them when they are struggling. No one is ever left out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really are a team. Everybody is willing to help everybody and I am not scared at all to ask for help. We know that the success of our restaurant depends on us all working together and we take pride in our ability to do so.
