In my team in particular we have nothing that really unites us. There is a person who is in charge of everything and hides relevant information for the best functioning of the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I feel that the directors don't really care about me, about my life, even though I see that something is changing. Financial incentives are always very motivating. I think if you should create a plan so that monthly workers can increase their income with productivity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hierarchy is still something very detrimental to workers. -The work must be well distributed - Teamwork should be rewarded. - Those who do not know how to work as a team must be eliminated -The salary must be up to the level of commitment to the company, users and colleagues. - Going beyond working
