I thoroughly enjoy working at TKWW and believe I am valued as an employee. The open communication and transparency makes me feel valued and actually a part of the company and not just an employee. My manager is honestly amazing, she provides unlimited guidance and feedback.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my responsibilities are very advance for my position and I believe overall my salary should be increased due to inflation in the past year.

The open communication is great, We always know what's going on in the company and future plans. We always here new things about the company straight from management rather than social media/news articles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I honestly love that the company takes DEI seriously. All of the DEI groups people are able to join are amazing and the meetings mean a lot to me. The open communication top down is great as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing, we are very collaborative and communicate openly and efficiently. We are all very understanding of emergencies and supportive. I believe we all work well together and are invested in each other more than just as coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work is challenging and I am always presented opportunities to further my skills and knowledge. My manager and team provide great assistance and guidance when needed. I enjoy the social conversations we have as a team that foster a better connection with everyone.
