I love working at TKWW and think it was the best career decision i have made. I am proud to work here and love the people I work with and the culture. I appreciate the opportunities to have face time with executives. I wish there were more opps for career advancement/promotions that reflected work.

They are clear and transparent on the state of the company and company goals, and take time to get to know employees and be relatable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that my pay and title should reflect the expectations of my role and that a promotion should not be based on time at the company or when evaluations take place, but rather when it is deserved.
