In the year I've been with the company, though it has been an interesting transition of work life, I've been happier as an employee and individual. My work/life balance has improved. I feel like I have improved in my career since joining my team and feel I have opportunities to grow when I'm ready.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how inclusive the environment is. We all "fit in" somewhere/everywhere. I love the events and mini games that bring us together - especially for remote workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like the benefits are acceptable for typical situations. I've personally had a few emergencies and though I've "met my deductibles for the year" I'm now struggling to pay the debts back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel valued as an employee and a person. When personal issues arise, I feel like my leaders care and allow flexibility to take care of situation so I can come back at my best. Where at other companies, getting the job done was more important than the person doing the job.
