I've been working here for about 6 months now and have loved every minute of it! I'm happy to come to work each day. I love the work I'm able to do. I like the balance of learning new things while also having a routine. I rarely leave/log off feeling burnt out and tired. I feel accomplished!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have been with The Knot for about 6 months now and I am so so happy both personally and professionally! The training process was one of the best processes I've ever been through, it was so thorough and I really felt confident when I was able to start doing tasks on my own.

working with my coworkers and being able to design and make customers happy

Everyone is so friendly and positive! It makes working fun and the day flies by.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so friendly, kind, welcoming, understanding, and positive. Makes for a great environment to be in all day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO - Makes life much easier not having to stress so much about getting time needed off from work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having meetings/workshops that are to help better ourselves personally that can allow us to work better and grow professionally as well. It truly feels like TKWW wants their employees to succeed in all aspects of life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO! It feels so comforting knowing I work for a company that understand life happens and truly cares about the employees. If an emergency came up, it takes so much extra stress off knowing that my employer will understand and allow me to take time off.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work I do day to day! It's fun and I get a steady routine and new things to work on so I never get bored or feel stuck. I really enjoy working with my team who make me feel connected even while working remotely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
MY team is always so welcoming, friendly, and positive. I've only been with TKWW for 6 months now and started remotely, but it truly feels like I am apart of a team and can get to know everyone even while working from home! Everyone is so willing to help!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always open and honest. There are weekly/bi-weekly check ins to talk about anything we need to one on one and get feedback which is so helpful and encouraging. They make you feel like you are really part of a team - even while working remotely. They are always positive!
