What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always willing to hear different ideas and feedback from other members of the team, and they do their best to ensure we're on the right track.
What makes you most happy at work?
That 'successful' feeling when the content I've been brainstorming/creating is finally posted for our followers to interact with. Also, keeping in touch with each of my coworkers and getting to know them personally/professionally has been a major highlight as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of time and effort that goes into planning my channels' content strategies throughout the year, in addition to attending photoshoots, creating organic content, strategizing for campaigns, as well as weekly/monthly metrics analysis. I feel that my compensation can be 10% higher.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to help one another. We all individually meet with each other on a weekly basis to communicate our needs and touch base which is extremely helpful. Everyone on my team is also super personable and keeps our conversations well-balanced between work and fun.
