Learning something new, not knowing what will happen in the day, and interacting with my teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support everyone has for each other and the investment that the teams have in seeing their team members grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary isn't sustainable in the long run, especially for living in a large city where I have no choice but to be aware of my spending and spending nearly an entire paycheck on rent.
