I have been with TKWW for about 4.5 years. In this time I have held several positions, each with it's own pros and cons. In the past year the quality of leadership has declined, and the workload has increased for the entire local revenue department without major changes to team size.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very passionate about their visions and the company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workload is unmanageable most of the time in the loval revenue department. I haven't felt comfortably caught up in about 6 months, and every day is a struggle.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO in my department ensures ample time for holidays, visiting family, or just plain old mental health days. It helps keep the work/life balance even, so that we don't ever get burned out and can work as our best selves
