I have learned a lot at TKWW and been encouraged to grow in my role. I generally enjoy my work and I love the team that I work with. However, the compensation is low and benefits could be improved.

Being able to work on what I do best without too much interruption. I love days where I have less or no meetings.

My team are highly skilled in their work, very driven, thoughtful and innovative people who are always willing to share their ideas and help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my compensation does not reflect the contribution I have made and continue to make to the company's success. I feel that benefits are not competitive with benefits from other corporate tech companies in my country.
