there is a very good work environment in our team we support and respect each other and that shows in our results
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in the commercial area and we really earn with the variable plus our fixed salary, but we are not only dedicated to sales, we cover many processes in other areas and we are not compensated for this and sometimes we are not recognized either.
