I was arrieve in march 2016 at telesales of Mexico market. At 2020 After 4 years i was promoted to sales manager (remember was a moment very happy in my life) and next come the pandemic, news experience, but with the same passion for the job. I hope to continue growing personally and professionally

They are committed people. With many sense of solidarity, responsibility and teamwork. They are a team like a family, always aware of each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel this why i thing in my self level of responsability others employees have best salaries. I hope that in the 2022 to be considered, i love my job in bodas.net.

I like they whay are many opens with the themes at the future of the our team. I feel that i can say my opinons and they ear me. I trust them why when i have a personal situation or difficulty in the job i feel support.
