What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ones above me a bit. They drive me to do more and want more in personal, work and every aspect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently, I am doing several jobs and paid very very low. Pushed to our max and still pushed to do more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the leaders way above as they care and are always there if you need guidance. I just wish my manager was that way.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact I can help people. It isn't just my customers but my co-workers. I do what I can to assist and use my talents everywhere.
