Overall it has been a really great experience! I truly do love where I work as well as all of the employees that I work with! There are a lot of great perks at the company but I think the biggest problem is that a lot of people feel undervalued and the company hasn't done much to solve that.

The exec team is open and honest

Interacting with great employees, feeling like my work makes an impact on a high level as well as having an amazing and supportive boss
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really smart, appreciative and encouraging of everyone's work and ideas. I never feel silly for any idea any of us have as we view everything as a good idea
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the biggest thing is the quality of the employees. Everyone is extremely smart and always willing to help out. Everyone is encouraging of each other and prosper a positive environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The biggest thing is not addressing burnout. It's always about "taking advantage of unlimited PTO" but that's more talk than action. I think the biggest thing that could be fixed is doing additional promotional cycles or making employees feel appreciated even with something small like coffee
