What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the closeness in which they are trying to get in the meetings and the purposes they have as a company. Keeping us informed of changes, even though sometimes they are late. The values and the desire to see their employees learning every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, but I believe that at the company level there is a need to make an adjustment in the salaries of workers.I think everyone would be more motivated and satisfied. It's not just about raising the salary, it's about recognizing through the salary that you earn for what you do.
