It's a place where there is definitely room for growth from within. It's nice to know that the company cares for it's people enough to trust them to move up. I do think the pay should be increased judging by how well the company is doing, and with competitors raising salaries in the inflated economy

My team. They are always so great to talk to whether work related or personal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to talk through any challenges that arise, and are constantly positive when tackling tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency and leadership. You can tell it's a great place to work, and it comes from the top down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency about where the company is at, and the goals that are the future target. Leadership is not afraid to point out when things are working and when things are not; great show of honesty.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do think compensation needs to be adjusted to where the market is with inflation and also the workload increasing as the company grows. Even switching to a four day workweek would level out the compensation gap when compared to other companies.
