I think TKWW is an amazing company, full of people that want to do good work and have genuine interest in improving the state of the business. I think TKWW has some work to do on providing employees with the right resources to succeed- more training, bring in consultants for assistance, etc.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is strong, benefits and perks for employee well-being are lagging compared to other companies I've worked for. Especially 401k

Being able to have an impact, which is usually driven by having a more collaborative project. I enjoy the opportunities I get to work and learn from others.
