What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How much support is given whether that is time off or a mental health day or just being able to get away from the computer and go for a walk, I love the flexibility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The starting salary is low compared to other companies I know of and interviewed with. I think we would keep more people if the base salary was higher. It was tough for me to leave my previous job to take this one taking a pay cut in the beginning.
