Everyone is whip smart, cares about one another, creative, hard working, approachable! I could go on and on. Never worked with a better group of people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that pay was already low when I joined, but due to inflation and rising costs its just not in any way conpetitive anymore. I dont want to leave because I love my team and the company, but without a substantial raise I likely will be forced to.
