Although there are lots of learning opportunities, there does not seem to be an actual demand for growth within the company. The company will give you resources like Udemy, 360Learning, WWW, and now Google, but after those resources there are no roles to apply to unfortunately. In my experience.

The company does not push you to overwork yourself but instead encourages you to find a balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO. I felt a little blind sided with the HDHP but other than that, the sick time and PTO is very helpful.
