Other than the very disappointing benefits (which is the reason I put a 5 for whether I would recommend working at TKWW to a friend), I love everything about working at TKWW. My work is challenging and interesting, and the people I talk to all day are smart, passionate and good at their jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a lot of opportunity to contribute and working with really collaborative colleagues, both inside my department and out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like my happiness in my job really matters. Also, I love how clear TKWW is about its core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, being smart and great at what they do, how easy they made it to join and feel like a part of the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The openness about where the company is and where it's going, along with the clarity with which the company states and acts on its values.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Much better benefits -- I'm paying MUCH more for benefits at TKWW that are much harder to use, when they provide coverage at all. It makes my entire compensation significantly less than what I thought I was getting when I signed on, and that's not a good feeling.
