It's a supportive community. Everyone supports each other and everyone in excited when their peers do well.

The vibe on my team is always really good. Everyone supports everyone and is always there to give advice and help out when you need it. I look forward to our morning meetings and chatting in our clack channel.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't think I could ask for more. They are always there to assist and really care about me and how am I doing. They work with me to make sure that I am growing and turning in to the best rep that I can be. They also give great advice and our team chats are very helpful and collaborative.
