Amazing, again I came back for a reason! I have referred a few friends to TKWW and I will again and again. It gets hard being in sales (cold calling) sometimes, but the satisfaction I get from a sale and knowing I am helping a business grow is everything and makes the stress melt away.
What makes you most happy at work?
Chatting with my team, changing vendors lives and business for the better - bringing them success - flexibility in work/life balance, recognition, getting to goal and feeling connected to my colleagues even though we all live in different states.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel under valued- want to make that clear. I do think base salary is low- especially living in an expensive state/world, but commission can make up for it. The new compensation plan does worry me a bit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the open-ness and flexibility. Everyone is always more than willing to help/answer questions/strategize and if a manager isn't available to help out with something ASAP, other managers jump in. I absolutely LOVE being on Team Chessney! She is one of the best directors/bosses/support system!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have amazing comradery! Everyone is so supportive and helpful and we all genuinely get along and have a good time communicating, whether its about work or other topics. I feel constant support and a real connection to my team which can be unheard of in remote positions!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The honesty the leadership team brings to the table. It creates a safe, judge free environment. I came back to TKWW because I knew this and I know I am not just a number to TKWW which is extremely hard to find in companies these days. Some days are hard, but knowing I matter here gets me through it!
