Other than my direct manager I think I have a really strong leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting sales, the few meetings wit my team I get and 90% of my customers are so happy to talk to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With how expensive everything has gotten my paycheck is not covering simple bills anymore. Their is opportunity to make commission but unfortunately I have been struggling to hit my personal goals
