My team is collaborative and highly skilled with minimal ego.
The work life balance is generally excellent at this company, sometimes to a fault - it can be difficult to ramp up into "go fast" mode when needed.
We as a company really need to make more mature decisions based on on the experience of various SMEs, instead of coming up with ideas in silos and unleashing them on implementation teams half formed and not thought out.
The company hasn't figured out how to level the playing field among employees that were hired at different market conditions. More concerning is the utterly undefined and random "bonus" program for eligible employees (eligibility also random), which doesnt scale with salary and is frozen in time
Very broad question - rethink how to get people to pay for services they can get for free in the internet, figure out how to add value. Make true self-service a thing. Solve or at least mitigate churn. Price hikes are not sustainable for growing revenue.
