What do you like best about the leadership team?

I feel the leadership team values my contributions to my job as well as a team member.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love the job I am in, and making our customers happy with their The knot experience.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company as a whole seems to really care about their employees. I am not afraid to ask questions and I feel my input is valued.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I enjoy the co-working sessions, being remote. I wish there was a more regular schedule of them, maybe on Fridays, something to look forward to interact wth co-workers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel the compensation could be better with my educational background and output/contributions. I do wish there was a health / gym benefits option, whether a credit of our monthly gym member ship or gympass / wellhub
