The interviewer dug deep to answers rather than just taking a surface answer. Examples were asked for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think we have amazing benefits especially those that support employees with families. I also love the unlimited PTO aspect!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel as though you can truly voice your opinions and they matter and are heard! It feels good knowing your opinions are valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that TKWW needs to take a look at the Cost of Living when determining salaries, i think salaries need to be evaluated and then this should be done so on a cadence
What are some of the best things about your team?
Eager to learn and to go above and beyond. They are always looking for a challenge and have a "can do" mindset. We also know one another on a personal level which makes work more fun!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team challenges and supports those below them. They are honest and transparent. You always know where you stand! Being average or just getting the job done is not enough, the strive for excellence and to be better than the day before is a reality at TKWW!
