Overall my experience has been positive. Like at any company, there are times of frustration but the good out weighs the bad by a wide margin

The best part of the comp package is the equity component, but it could be enhanced
What did you like most about the interview process?
Met a lot of the team so I was able to get a full understanding of expectations and opportunities
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A few good qualities of the leadership team - shows empathy towards the border organization - seem to be mostly aligned on strategy (which is not always the case) - have shown a willingness to receive constructive feedback and update policies based on that feedback
