Set realistic expectations and stop acting like we are fully staffed. Pay people market wages

My manager encourages me to be a Mom first. She continues to grow and challenge me, I am never bored. My coworkers are super supportive and smart. My executive genuinely cares about me as a person. I also feel that my hard work is rewarded fairly.
