A very positive experience so far. I know exactly what is expected of me with minimal last minute asks or busy work, everyone is very respectful of work/life balance and boundaries and I have a lot of autonomy over how much work I take on per week, which is nice.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though the pandemic impacted our core business, everyone keeps an optimistic attitude, which is encouraging
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very approachable, they also are willing to do hands on work (compared to other companies, where leadership delegates everything)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a large paycut to come work here, which has been a little hard to adjust to. Ideally I would like to be making more
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to help out and are very friendly. We have a slack channel for our team and once or twice a week a fun ice-breaker type question is randomly generated that we are all encouraged to respond to - this is a great way for us all to get to know each other better
