The best part of my compensation package is my base salary. The shares I was distributed are great too, I'll look forward to seeing that grow if the company goes public.

I love that I can ask my team any question and there is always someone willing to help in any way they can. They're really collaborative people with strong, candid feedback that I really appreciate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely open to new ideas and I consider them to be very approachable. I know many of them have extremely busy schedules but I still see them making an effort to attend employee events and ERG meetings.
