They are actually willing to help. At my last job, I had a senior developer who would refuse to answer questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home so I don't get to experience a lot of it, but its great seeing such diversity throughout the company. You get a lot more innovation that way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the unlimited PTO. I can finally take time off without feeling like the company will suffer if I do and all of my PTO won't be burned up with family emergencies like at past jobs.
