Informative - haven't spent any real time with them since we are remote so I don't have much to add here

Goals are set to inspire not to stress. Managers are hands on to help you reach those goals without making you stressed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base pay is lower than what I am used to. Additional benefits for health and wellness would also be a nice perk.
