I have been incredibly fortunate to be a part of this company. I've experienced opportunities for growth, I've been challenged to learn new skills, I've met some incredible people, and I've advanced in my career. While there are times of challenge, I feel like overall I am exactly where I should be!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working alongside such smart and passionate people. I really do feel lucky to be amongst so many brilliant minds. I also love that in some small way I am contributing to our larger mission to serve the underserved. We are all making an impact and that makes me really happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe our leadership team is genuinely invested in the health and growth of our teams. We've brought in some great new leadership who I believe are really committed to doing right by our employees - listening to and taking action on their feedback, and helping to develop their career paths.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a diverse and eclectic group with so many different education and work backgrounds. I am always learning from my team and really value the different perspectives and insights that everyone brings. While we may be experts at what we do, none of us are afraid to admit we are always learning!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the 401(k) match and I believe we were on the cutting edge of unlimited PTO. This is now widely done but we've been doing it for years. I'm thankful that I can take the time I need with my family while still giving my all here at work. Really grateful for that benefit!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've experienced a lot of change, and no one could have predicted COVID and its effects, but throughout all of that I felt like people at all levels still really cared about each other. Not every day is easy but every day I feel supported by my team and by the company and that is priceless.
