The fact that there is an equity plan that touches every single employee is special.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never worked at a company who cared about the employees this much. Many companies say they do, but TB, more than any other company I have worked, shows it on a regular basis.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very open to hearing different perspectives. Of course there is some top down direction. There has to be. But my team is super comfortable offering a dissenting opinion and that opinion is always heard and considered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have worked at companies where the leadership team is not as connected to most employees. At TB, the leadership goes out of its way to create opportunities to interact with all employees. If an employee wants, there are ample opportunities to work/interact with senior leadership.
