I came to Therapy Brands looking for improved work/life balance and found it! I've been here for 13 months and have received my first promotion, further proving they care about promotion from within and helping develop the careers of theior employees.

Accomplishing my goals successfully and figuring out how to close the gap of the goals I miss. Have a team that wants to collaborate and work to grow.

Each and every one of them are talented, competent people who are personally invested in the field of mental and behavioral health. We are collaborative and truly understand that this is a team effort.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

That the majority of our employees truly are invested or touched in some way by the mental health industry so the work really matters to them. It's mission driven and we all believe in the mission. Also, we share more than just business ideas - our lives, children, pets, passions are all included.
