I've only been with the company about 10 days or so now, but I'm super excited to learn more, grow fast, and help facilitate the success of the brand, my team, and our clients' success! I am very happy with the "vibe" so far, and looking forward to the journey forward, onward, and upward!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a tie between the unlimited PTO and the fact that comprehensive benefits go into effect on day 1 is absolutely amazing. No lag time or anxiety waiting for benefits to go into effect!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super willing to help, answer questions, share screens, provide resource links - it's truly a collaborative environment. Plus, they try to have a little fun with it to keep the day from getting too monotonous & boring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their empathy, excitement, energy, and enthusiasm for the subject matter are contagious and it is obvious that the priority is taking care of the client to help support their patients and practices. And that "teamwork makes the dreamwork" is the lay of the land!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very welcoming and open environment - folks are eager to meet you, get you up to speed, get to know you, and answer whatever questions you may have about the team, company, policies & procedures, the product, anything! You're a part of the team from day one, and you feel it!
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a lot of freedom to work at a pace that works for me, I am able to insert my personality into my work & I'm able to be myself on team chats, team meetings, etc. Having the ability to use your own personal style helps make the work feel personal, meaningful, and like I'm having a real impact!
