The team is great, helpful, patient, while managing the ongoing grief from the leadership team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company direction is going the wrong way. Our customers don't believe in our products and we can't do anything about it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Retain the tenured employees who have been performing and keeping the company together. People are leaving left and right. This leadership team has no clear vision other than constantly rewriting priorities.
