Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am paid wayyy below what is industry standard!

The agency's pay scales are not consistent and although the agency tries to keep people from talking compensation, word gets around about disparities.

I feel like promotions take too long to approve. In addition, the pay between producing positions vs. managers is to thin. There needs to be a larger pay increase for managers than the team members in which they manage.
