very terrible to their empolyees. over worked for no incentive, charged to even buy your uniform, discount is laughable, managers dont care at all which translates to the staff, customers are horrible to you as tim hortons already has a bad image with their staff, dont work here unless no choice
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
recognizing hard workers, giving staff incentives to work hard, bakers should get a raise, no more drive thru times unless whole staff gets something for it
