This is a great company. The future is bleak in America but if you're in Canada I really recommend it. They are two totally different brands.

What makes you most happy at work?

My customers. I love being a part of their day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The customers rock. The food used to be awesome and fresh too.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they care about independent franchisees in Canada. If only the United States branch were treated like real businesses.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers & pay.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They cover whatever medical bills become necessary as a result of an injury at work.
