What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are from a broad work experience background and work to promote the power of diversity. They give great consideration to issues that arise and take the time to survey the team members and actually ACT on our suggestions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Town Talks and Team Huddles are informative and engaging but middle management holds too many time wasting meetings just to have a chance to chat with the whole team. That is only in one department that I work in though.
