It's been a wonderful experience and this continues to be the best job I have ever had. While we are not who we once were prior to our merger and executive leadership has much to learn about culture and looking after its people, there is still hope that we will learn, grow, and get better.

My manager genuinely cares for me, our team members, and our well being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe our salaries should be more competitive and there should be a comprehensive plan to improve our benefits iteratively so we set the standard for the industry as an HR company. In order for people to feel valued, company success should also translate into a direct benefits for its people.
