I'm really excited about where we're going as a company but we have to really come together to discuss the retention levels for employees. It is staggering how many people are leaving the company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like the amount of contributions I'm making to the company and the amount of value I bring is not proportionate to what my compensation is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In comparison to the overall value I bring, the customers that are retained as a direct of my involvement, and overall job market I feel that I am being undercompensated.
