At UKG I feel valued as a person, not just for what I can do. I am seen as a person, holistically, and am regularly checked in with to make sure I am okay. My work is valued, but more so I am valued as an person who is an asset to our organization.

What I find most positive about the culture and environment at UKG is that the value, people first, is not only in how we interact with our customers but how we interact with one and other.

Even though my team is virtual, they all partner and come together intentionally to collaborate and create good relationships. Our team has fostered a successful, healthy, virtual relationship that is successful for the employees as well as the org and our customers.
