Overall, I like it and want to remain working here. The mandated RTO initiative in my area is creating stress and uncertainty. My team has always been virtual. Having to RTO 3 days/week will most likely result in most of my team leaving UKG. I hope this doesn't happen.

the flexibility. I currently have a work/life balance that allows me to get my work done and enjoy my home life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have tremendous knowledge and experience in payroll, HR, compliance, etc. We respect each other, get along with each other and collaborate well together. Our manager and director are very approachable and truly care about the team.
