Working at UKG has been great. I realized that I wanted to dive into the HRIS field when I volunteered at a past company to implement and manage WFD & UKG Pro. I took a huge step back coming to UKG as a RR payroll rep. Once my 1 year was up, I was able to land a promotion to continue my HRIS success

The collaboration between teams to resolve system issues for our customers.

Everyone is open to helping - no matter the simplicity or complexity of the question
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with customers and configure the system to do what they need it to do for their company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd much rather have a cost associated with Medical, dental, vision insurances and have a much higher base pay for the work I am doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that management on my new team actually knows our products from a technology standpoint and would be able to do their direct reports' jobs if needed. That means more than you realize!
