Benefits are fully paid by the company, and they are amazing. Pay is great, and the 401K matching is incredible.

We are all on the same page, working towards a goal. We have seen our work positively affect other departments in real time, which has been satisfying as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They empower us to act for ourselves, and do everything in their power to give us the tools to achieve our goals, not just for company, but for our own personal growth. Best leadership ever.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have yet to experience a moment where I felt like someone was being purposefully negative and targeting someone with negativity or harassment. Everyone is accepting and welcoming to everyone else in my experience, regardless of background.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Our interview team and my managers did an excellent job making sure I was qualified for the position, without making it feel like an interrogation. I felt like they gave me every opportunity to explain my strengths, as well as giving great answers to my questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
This is the first place I have worked where I wasn't stressed out coming in every day, and I haven't had a time where I left thinking "good riddance to this place!" It allows me to be centered and grounded throughout the day, which makes the stress of having to work minimal.
